Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
