Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
