Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
