Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
