Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure top-notch service for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
