Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting with stocking and merchandising products. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
