Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member, responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Contribute to inventory counts and maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
