Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts following guidelines to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
