Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
