Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock and organize shelves and displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
