Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Contribute to inventory management and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
