Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to deliver a superior shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capable of multitasking, following instructions, and maintaining organizational standards
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
