Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with the team.
• Monitor inventory, report issues to management, and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
