Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks efficiently
• Assist customers with shopping, ensuring a positive experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
