Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our store's high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
