Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and professional skills in daily tasks
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
• Communicate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as required

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash handling and customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
