Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory activities and cash-handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register accurately
• Handle equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
