We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases with accuracy.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Follow inventory procedures, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
