Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member, where you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills guidelines.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Offer excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies, uphold document security, and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capability to maintain cleanliness standards and follow procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High School Diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
