Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-stocked and organized store while providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with the management team
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
