Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the store's overall success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
