Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Capable of lifting and stocking merchandise, up to 45 pounds
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies
• Prior retail experience is a plus
