Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
