Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience preferred
