Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Report feedback to management, participate in inventory counting, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, maintain store security, and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, communicating effectively, and working independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
