Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive excellent service. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $16.50 and requires 32-40 hours per week of commitment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
