Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Work in a team, follow instructions, and multitask.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
