Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure tidy merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and follow guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A blend of education and experience deemed equivalent.
