Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. As a vital part of the team, you will handle merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and upkeep tasks to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist customers effectively
• Communicate openly with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company procedures and policies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
