Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service while upholding ALDI's standards.

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and arrange merchandise neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor and report inventory issues and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies while maintaining document confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
• Stand, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk around the store

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and maintain cleanliness
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
