Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. With a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate top-notch customer service skills by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain a neat presentation of merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory levels for accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Proficient in operating equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
