Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store, ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTs Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support your team and management efficiently.
• Inventory management and adherence to cash policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment effectively.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
