Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a well-organized and clean shopping environment. As a Store Team Member, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain product displays, assist customers, and support store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
