Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is an advantage.
