Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor product accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of general cleaning practices and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
