Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
