Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains neat and orderly. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
