Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
