Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Assist in inventory management, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
