Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and supporting store operations. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
