Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional service, you will contribute to our success and customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise neatly.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
