Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by handling various responsibilities, from cashiering to stocking merchandise. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
