Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with your team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and process customer purchases accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
