Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the team for a seamless shopping experience. As a full-time employee, you will work 32-40 hours a week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 for employment at ALDI.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
