Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment. As a full-time Store Associate, your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain orderly merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company procedures with attention to security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Prior retail experience is a plus
