Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stock maintenance, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Contribute to a safe and secure store environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
