Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
