We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your responsibilities will include stocking product, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
