Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. Mindsets and Competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment handling and maintenance
• Excellent communication skills
• Capacity to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Compliance with alcohol handling regulations

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
