Job Description

Join our team as a Store Team Member at Aldi and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the store's appearance and operations. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on store operations.
• Contribute to inventory management and abide by cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform assigned duties and tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior customer service and retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Aptitude for working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Meet relevant state requirements for alcohol sales.
